Can anyone be hypnotised?
Yes, anyone can be hypnotised as long as they want to be and have the ability to concentrate. So it is not appropriate for very young children with certain mental disabilities
i.e., Astbergers syndrome, ADHD, Although ADHD can be helped with hypnotherapy and time line therapy.
A Hypnotherapist can not force you to go into hypnosis against you will.

How many sessions will I need?
To stop smoking no more than one or two sessions will be required. For anything else, that depends on your motivation and desire to change.  However, hypnotherapy is an effective therapy and the Hypnotherapist will want to help you in the minimum number of sessions possible. You and your Hypnotherapist will review your progress so that at any time you can make a valued judgement about how the therapy is progressing.  Usually six sessions would be contracted for.  Your first session will be questions answers and some form filling, finishing with a light trance induction to assess which induction will suit you.

How long does a session last?
Sessions vary from one hour up to two hours.  The fee agreed is per session not by the hour.

How often will I need to see the Therapist?
This depends on the type of problem and on the progress made. The Hypnotherapist will usually see you once a week. However, some clients see the Hypnotherapist once a fortnight or even once a month depending on their circumstances.  Once a week is the most effective as it allows for continuity.

What are the fee's?
This depends on the type of treatment required. For precise details please contact us using any of the methods on the Contact Us page.

The sessions are priced from £35.00 per session for Stress, Depression, Phobias, Past life regression etc.  SMOKING IS CHARGED AT A DIFFERENT RATE.
