Confidence Building
The establishment of self-confidence must follow the disposition of the past negative programming-eliminating from self-perception any labels such as bad, wrong, stupid, clumsy, dumb, bitch, lazy, untalented, ignorant.. etc.. Hypnosis can become the source of self-discovery - revealing unrecognized capabilities that lead to an acceptance of valid self-worth. The procedures for developing self-confidence may vary considerably depending on the depth and origins of the problem. In milder cases, working out problems of self-esteem may be followed by programming which utilizes visualization, creating in the mind pictures and feelings of success, confidence and appropriate abilities. Enhancing suggestions given in hypnotherapy can be absorbed and accepted, leading to attitude modification and positive demonstrations of newly acquired self-assurance.
In more complex cases where depression is a factor (be sure that the client has seen a physician and that you are working with a physician), the Hypnotherapist may elect to use the techniques of parts therapy or the removal of fears to free up behaviour and reduce negative internal judgments so that positive feelings of self-confidence can develop in a natural way. (be sure the client's diet has been checked for food allergies which might have caused the depression).
Longer term results can be significant. Mood and energy levels increase, compulsive and psychosomatic symptoms fade, emotions become understood, clients move towards self-direction and greater interpersonal involvement. Self-degradation is reduced and positive feelings about life's possibilities develop.

Irritable Bowel Syndrome
This is a very common condition, it is classical Psycho-Somatic.
It used to have several names i.e. Spastic Colon, Colitis, Nervous Colitis, Mucous Colitis.
It often progresses to Divert colitis.

Symptoms vary from constipation to intermittent diarrhoea.  Often passing mucous but NO BLOOD. Abdominal pain which often varies in position. It is 10 times more common in women compared with men the cause is often not clear and often unknown.
Two clear factors are nervous tension or stress often suffered over a long period sometimes long after the cause of the stress has disappeared and bowel complexes,   hovering above strange toilets. It is difficult to have a proper bowel action whilst hovering. This can ruin holidays. The mother daughter thing "Do not sit on strange toilets"  Men are far less fastidious.
There is no one single treatment many type of tablets are used. My own method is bowel retraining and getting rid of mental hang-ups and the root of the mental state using Hypnotherapy. Food enters the stomach and stays there 3 to 4 hours and is then passed into the duo demum and small bowel.  Room for the food to progress down the digestive canal has to be made.
This is achieved by the colon being stimulated into action starting from the more distant colon and working back. I liken this to traffic entering Oxford Street at Marble Arch. If the traffic lights turned to green from the marble arch end there could be a pile up of traffic, and congestion (in irritable Oxford Street) What happens is that the computer (the brain) starts the sequence from the city end reducing traffic in an ordered non congested way. In bowel terms opening the bowels on the signal from the brain after a significant meal. A proper daily pattern should evolve.

Understanding this will help you a lot.
Hypnotherapy will help to do this more effectively.

PHOBIA'S AND WHAT THEY MEAN
Have you got a Phobia?
Does it rule your life?
Do you know i can remove it in around
three hours !
What is a Phobia?
It is the remembered feeling of something that happened at a certain time in your life. It is the sum reaction of a specific action usually made by another person. The reaction to seeing a spider or moth, even a button in some instances, as they come in many guises.
Picture this :
A small child is sitting playing in the garden when a spider walks in front of the child. As the child has never seen a spider before it has no reason to be scared has it? Suddenly Daddy or Mummy comes out to bring in the child, goes to pick up the child and see's the spider. the parent screams. Several times the child looks at person screaming, looks at what the parent is screaming at, looks back at parent and a Phobia is formed by association just like parent got it.
Right !! Well let's have your Phobia removed.
